What you'll have at the end
You'll be able to ask Claude something like: "Generate a Q2 customer summary for Acme Corp." Claude will pull the data, write the narrative, hand the structured content to DocRocket, and return a link to a PDF branded with Acme's colors and logo.
1. Sign up and copy your MCP URL
Sign up at app.docrocket.ai and grab your tenant-scoped MCP URL from the dashboard. The URL is what authorizes Claude to render documents on your account's behalf.
2. Connect Claude
Follow the Claude connect guide. It takes about a minute. Once connected, Claude sees DocRocket as a tool with operations like extract_brand, list_templates, and generate_document.
3. Add your customer's brand
Ask Claude: "Use DocRocket to extract the brand from acme.com." DocRocket pulls Acme's logo, colors, and typography automatically and stores them under an account ID you control.
4. Generate the document
Now ask Claude to render the document: "Generate a Q2 customer summary for Acme using the executive_report template." Claude calls generate_document, DocRocket renders it with Acme's brand, and Claude replies with the PDF link and the shareable URL.
Why this is more than a parlor trick
- Tenant scoping is enforced. The MCP token Claude is using is bound to your DocRocket account. Claude cannot render against the wrong tenant.
- Output is white-label. The PDF carries Acme's brand, not DocRocket's, and not Claude's.
- The same flow works for proposals, QBRs, reports, exports. Swap the template name; everything else stays the same.
