1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you (or the organization you represent, "Customer" or "you") and EptAI, Inc., the operator of DocRocket ("DocRocket," "we," or "us"). They govern your access to and use of the DocRocket website at docrocket.ai, the web application at app.docrocket.ai, the API, MCP tools, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
DocRocket provides an AI-connected branded document generation platform. The Service allows you to connect AI agents via MCP, define brand profiles, and automatically generate professionally branded PDFs and shareable web documents for your end-customers.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will communicate material changes through the application or by email.
3. Accounts
Registration
You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.
Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@docrocket.ai if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. DocRocket is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.
One account per person or organization
Each account may be used only by the registered user or organization. You may not share login credentials or allow others to access the Service through your account, except through authorized team member seats provided under your plan.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Plans and pricing
DocRocket offers free trial and paid subscription plans. Plan features, limits, and pricing are described on the Pricing page and in the application. We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). By providing payment information, you authorize DocRocket (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge you on the applicable billing cycle.
Free trial
If you start a free trial, you may use the Service at no charge for the trial period. At the end of the trial your access may be limited or converted to a paid plan as described at signup.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@docrocket.ai within 30 days of the charge.
Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Where required by law, DocRocket will add applicable taxes to your invoice.

9. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party APIs and services (including AI model providers, PDF rendering services, and cloud infrastructure). Your use of any third-party service integrated with DocRocket is subject to that service's own terms and privacy policies. DocRocket is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.
10. Confidentiality
Each party may have access to the other's confidential business information in connection with the Service. Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information using at least the same degree of care used for its own confidential information (but no less than reasonable care) and not to disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide or receive the Service or as required by law.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
DocRocket does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any AI-generated content produced by the Service. You are responsible for reviewing and approving documents before distributing them to your customers.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOCROCKET AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF DOCROCKET HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL DOCROCKET'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES PAID BY YOU TO DOCROCKET IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DocRocket and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
14. Term and termination
Term
These Terms begin when you first access or use the Service and continue until your account is terminated.
Termination by you
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting hello@docrocket.ai. You will not receive a refund for any remaining prepaid period.
Termination by DocRocket
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service, other users, or DocRocket.
Effect of termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at hello@docrocket.ai. We will try to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by sending an email to the address on your account. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
17. General provisions
- Entire agreement — These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order forms or plan terms agreed at signup, constitute the entire agreement between you and DocRocket regarding the Service.
